There are three classrooms: 12-24 months, 24-36 months, and three to five years. The center is licensed by the state of Washington for 41 children per day.

The Staff

The staff at Green Lake Preschool and Child Care Center are dedicated to creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment. Staff members are chosen for their ability to provide skilled care that recognizes every child's individuality and unique needs.

Meals

Vegetarian meals are provided by Blue Plate express (effective March 20, 2006). Breakfast and snacks are provided by Green Lake Preschool and Child Care Center. Breakfast and lunch include protein products that meet or exceed the USDA's standards. Children eat family style, supervised and accompanied by staff members.

Daily Schedule

The daily schedule can change, but here is what a day in each classroom might look like:

Every Tuesday, the kids in the Piglet and Tigger class rooms can enjoy an exciting art class Live Paint with special teacher Cindy Arnold! Please check out her web site on Live Paint for Kids.
